January 1999: Korean-Canadian Telecare Lifeline founded by Rev. Sang Chul Lee and Suyeon Jin.

July 1999: Incorporates as a not-for-profit organization. Opens a 24-hour crisis intervention line for the Korean-Canadian community at (416)241-5456.

August 2000: Receives its first grant from the City of Toronto.

October 2000: First Annual General Meeting.

March 2003: Registered as a charitable organization and begins to offer in-person counselling services. Changes name from Korean-Canadian Telecare Lifeline to ‘For You Telecare Family Service’.

November 2004: Becomes a member of Family Service Ontario.
